This project included a planning study and developing civil engineering plans for a 2.5-mile separated bikeway along Pershing Drive through historic Balboa Park. The project tasks included leading community engagement, concept alternative development, preferred concept adoption, visual renderings, engineering plan set, preliminary environmental review and agency coordination. Conceptual graphics were developed as well as finalized visualizations based on 60% Design documents.
