During a week-long charette in the Town of Mammoth Lakes, the planning and design staff developed a draft Mobility Action Plan for the town and region. The project included coordination with town officials, outreach to local partners and business, community workshops, and multiple presentations. At the end of the week, a Draft Mobility Action Plan was developed including specific implementation stategies and the mobility vision for the Town of Mammoth Lakes.
Deliverables included kick-off, workshop, and conclusion presentation development for town officials and the community; maps reflecting public comment, research, and field observations; planning document memo layout, and project visualization graphics.
